About me – Lawyer and Criminal Defense attorney
I am Mag. Philipp Wurm, MBA, a lawyer based in Vienna with regional connections to the surrounding area and my hometown of Graz. My legal practice covers Criminal Law, White Collar Crime, Corporate Law and Civil Law.
My professional focus is based on several years of experience in specialized law firms in Criminal Law, White Collar Crime and Corporate Law. This combination enables me to handle complex issues in a legally sound and economically structured manner, particularly at the interface between entrepreneurial activity and criminal liability. This approach is complemented by my MBA degree with a focus on White Collar Crim and Financial Criminal Law.
I advise and represent private individuals and companies in court and out-of-court proceedings. My client representation is characterized by direct, timely communication, clear legal assessment, and a structured approach. In addition to my national activities, I have experience in handling international matters with the support of an interdisciplinary network of tax advisors, auditors, and international contacts, particularly in the USA.
Publications and media presence
In addition to my work as a lawyer, I also address legal and social issues in my publications.
The book project “Bro-ject W” represents another building block in my public positioning and will soon be published in English in addition to the German edition. A worldwide film adaptation is also planned.
In addition, I have been featured in publications such as Successful PEOPLE in Germany and Austria. I am particularly well represented in the media through “Bro-ject W,” namely in newspapers and on the radio. In addition to my work as a lawyer, I have gained additional experience through media appearances as an actor in various film and television roles.
